The Women of IFA Network (WIN) is a network for female professionals in the field of international tax law. WIN was founded in Copenhagen in 2013 und aims at making female IFA members more visible and at increasing the share of female professionals in panels and events. There are WIN branches in many countries, enabling professional and private interactions amongst its members by means of regular meetings, calls and discussion rounds.
Over the past years, the share of female tax professionals in IFA has significantly increased on the national as well as the international level. Therefore, IFA Austria has decided to launch the WIN initiative in Austria.
